It is typical of in-house janitorial costs to exceed the market.  In-house services are generally utilized due to the tighter control and superior service provided.  The fact that Duvall can provide this service at market rates, through its affiliate, MSR Services, is additional proof of the commitment to provide the best and most cost-effective management services available.

MSR Services, has a call system to track all calls and provide follow up to see if the service call was completed to the client’s satisfaction. As a part of this tracking system, facilities are contacted regularly from our maintenance area to ensure that there are no outstanding issues which need to be addressed.    Maintenance calls are typically handled within one-half hour.  This level of service shows a management company committed to retaining clients

Additionally, improvement work can be handled through Commercial Construction Associates, a licensed general contractor, at a cost that is typically 20% to 30% below the market.
