In-house janitorial services often exceed those suggested by the market, and are generally utilized due to the tighter control and superior service provided.  Duvall’s association with MSR Services allows us to provide these services at market rates.  It also reinforces our commitment to providing the best and most cost-effective management services available.

MSR Services’ call system tracks all calls and automatically follows up to ensure that the service call was completed to the client’s satisfaction. As a part of this tracking system, we regularly contact facilities from our maintenance area to ensure that there are no outstanding issues we need to address.  Maintenance calls are handled within thirty minutes.  This level of service shows a management company committed to guaranteeing all of our clients the best possible customer experience.

Additionally, improvement work can be handled through Commercial Construction Associates, a licensed general contractor.
