Formed in 2000 and comprised of three distinct service companies, Commreco collectively manages more than 500,000 square feet of commercial office space and has in excess of 1,000 residential condominium units under management contract. Commreco companies include:

§ Commercial Construction Associates, Inc., specializes in construction and renovation services for commercial properties and industrial facilities.

§ MSR Services, Inc., specializes in property and building maintenance and janitorial services.
