In 1983, Howard Duvall was a commercial property investor with several buildings to his name.  Initially founding MSR Services to manage his own properties, he realized that his approach to property management would be useful to others, as well.  As he began to manage and develop properties other than his own, Howard Duvall discovered a new path for MSR Services, and for himself.

Today, Duvall Investment Group, Inc. manages more than 30 commercial and residential properties throughout the Carolinas and has evolved into a full-service development firm.  Its primary services include property, facility and association management, office development and redevelopment, asset management, and planning.
